When a career as a Civil Engineer became lackluster, Joe chose to follow his passion. He pursued a certificate as a personal trainer, with two main goals in mind: he wanted to work with athletes to help them reach their highest potential, and he wanted to work with folks going through rehabilitation after surgery and physical therapy.  He now specializes in Sports Performance Training and is currently the Quarterback Coach for the Mile High Blaze Women’s Football Team. After earning a degree in Music Production & Technology, Clarissa Constantine entered the education field, where she has spent almost two decades teaching, coaching & mentoring students. While she still enjoys teaching, she wanted to join her husband in the fitness field and set her sights on helping others live healthier lives.
Clarissa’s primary focus is to help young girls and women who don’t know where to start – either because they’ve never been active, or because it’s been so long that they don’t remember how to begin.  Her clients appreciate her down-to-earth, realistic approach to health & fitness.
Clarissa works with young women & moms increase their body image with Tween2Queen and Body & Vocal Image workshops. She is also available for one-on-one and small-group training. Most recently, she has completed training to become a Chakradance Facilitator!

Brett Preston Stanley is a member of multiple wilderness organizations and brings an extensive array of outdoor certifications to the Constant Motion Fitness team.  In addition to a certificate from the National Personal Training Institute, Brett is a member of the San Diego Mountain Rescue Team and a white water rafting guide. He is also a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) and a Disaster Relief Worker. With Brett’s unique ability to combine this broad outdoor expertise, with Kettlebell and BOSU Certifications, he can create a training regiment that focuses on core strength and stability, endurance, balance, and functionality.
